• All payments are charged in British Pounds GBP
• I use ONLY tracked postal to ship back the heads. (Royal Mail, EMS)
• I asked for a full payments to be made once the head arrives to me.
• I will NOT copy other artist's work. I won't trace over other artist's work.
• I will work with you step by step providing pictures after every layer of sealant, however any changes after faceup is nearly completed are going to be charged additional 60GBP, as for a new faceup.
• Please have in mind what kind of faceup you'd like and provide reference photos.
• Delayed communication causes delayed work so please keep in touch with me after progress photos are shared.
• I estimate to finish the work within one calendar month but please keep in mind that I'm a small home business so on a occasion I can run out of supplies and weather conditions are also playing a huge role in faceup process as I cannot seal your doll when humidity is high. I don't work during Bank holidays, Christmas, Easter or in case of urgent health or family matter.
• If doll parts provided are stained, I will charge additional fee for treating the stain. I will consult that with you before taking action.
• Please pack your doll parts properly - I will ship it back in the same box you provided. Try to attach face protecting mask if you want to make sure faceup will be extra safe.
• I will NOT cover your custom fees/tax. It's a customer's responsibility to cover these. I will contact you asap how much tax is there to cover so the doll parts can be released to me.
I'm happy to lower the value of the package but I will do it only at your own risk.
IMPORTANT:
Due to the nature of the process there there might be small flaws on the faceup like tiny bits of dust trapped under sealant. I do my best to avoid and remove these.
I'm an artist, not a factory or a machine so faceup it's not going to be 100% symmetrical.
DO NOT: Expose painted parts to moisture.
I work ONLY on the legit dolls.
